We keep our costs (and therefore our prices) low by retaining a minimal, fully operational management team in Europe. Sometimes this means that we just don´t have time to do the ´sales´ bit as we´re so busy looking after existing customers and therefore we rely on referrals to grow (in fact over 70% of our work in the UK comes from good referrals and repeat business).

We´re looking for new referral partners and will be re-launching this scheme in 2009. We reward our referral partners handsomely as a percentage of project revenues shared which really does mount up; for example we just completed our 19th elapsed month / 53rd man month with one customer so you can imagine that this could be quite a lucrative proposition! We pay either monthly or at the end of the project and work to full, UK-based Referral Partner agreements.
